About the role
As a salesperson at Walma, you don't sell a product from a catalog. You sell solutions to real problems. You work with everything from prospecting and first meetings to proposals and closing, in close collaboration with our engineering team.
You don't need to know how to code, but you need to understand what AI can do and how it creates business value.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the private and public sector
- Conduct needs assessments and present how Walma's services can solve customer challenges
- Drive the entire sales process from prospect to signed contract
- Build and maintain a network of contacts and decision-makers
- Collaborate with the engineering team to create accurate proposals and solution designs
- Represent Walma at events, trade shows, and in digital channels
We're looking for someone who has
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or consulting services
- Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions in business language
- Drive and structure. You can manage a pipeline and prioritize effectively
- Genuine interest in AI and how it's transforming industries
- Strong relationship and presentation skills
- Fluent Swedish and English
Nice to have
- Experience selling to the public sector (public procurement)
- Existing network in IT, digitalization, or AI
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
