Why Walma

Trainers who build AI every day

01

Hands-on pedagogy

We don’t teach from a PowerPoint, we train the team to do. Every workshop has practical exercises with real tools.

02

Tailored to every department

Marketing, sales, finance, support, HR and leadership get examples and exercises tied to their own workflows.

03

Materials to use afterward

Guides, templates, policy documents and checklists are included. Participants leave with concrete tools they can use immediately.

04

A path to implementation

The training is the starting point, not the finish line. Many go on to AI strategy, agent flows or secure AI frameworks, with the same team.

FAQ

Common questions

How many can participate?+

Most common is 8–20 participants for hands-on workshops; up to 30–40 for lecture-based sessions. Larger organisations run a program in several rounds.

Do participants need a technical background?+

No. We adapt level and language to the audience, from executive teams to operational staff. IT and development teams can get technical depth.

On-site or remote?+

Both. On-site often works best for hands-on and group dynamics; remote suits distributed teams. Many combine.

What sets you apart from a regular AI course?+

Two things: we tailor everything to your business, and we are both trainers and implementers. Examples and cases come from real projects, not course templates.
