Gong's own MCP server lets external AI assistants ask questions about accounts and deals based on the call and activity data in Gong. It is read-only and returns AI-generated insights and briefs rather than raw call recordings.

What an agent can do

  • → Ask about an account (ask_account)
  • → Ask about a deal (ask_deal)
  • → Generate a brief for account, deal or contact
  • → Summarise activity, private calls excluded

A Gong tech admin must create the integration, and tool calls consume Gong credits.
