Freshworks' own MCP server for Freshdesk runs on the account's own domain and became generally available on 10 September 2026. It gives an AI assistant read and write access to tickets, contacts, companies and knowledge base articles.

What an agent can do

  • → Search, create and update tickets
  • → Reply and add internal notes
  • → Manage contacts and companies
  • → Write and update help articles
  • → Manage agents and groups

API key auth only, custom domains are not supported, and actions are capped per plan (Growth: 1,200 per year).
