Zendesk MCP server

Zendesk has announced its own MCP server for tickets, knowledge and customer data, but it has not shipped yet, so Walma reviews or builds the connection in the meantime. Zendesk's current MCP products are a client for action flows and a ChatGPT channel for Help Center answers.

What an agent can do

  • → Summarise ticket history

Until Zendesk ships its server, the connection relies on community servers or the Zendesk API, which Walma reviews before use.
