Intercom MCP server

Intercom runs its own hosted MCP server with separate endpoints for US and EU workspaces. It gives mostly read access to conversations, contacts, companies and help articles, plus a few write tools.

What an agent can do

  • → Search and read conversations
  • → Look up contacts and companies
  • → Search and read help articles
  • → Create and update articles
  • → Add internal notes

AU-hosted workspaces are not supported yet, and article access requires the read and write articles permission.
