Sentry MCP server

Sentry's own MCP server lets an agent search errors, analyse performance and triage issues. It is available as a hosted service with OAuth and as a local npm package that also works with self-hosted Sentry.

Some search tools need a separate LLM provider, and the server can change issues when the user has write access.
